Lee Jan has been practising for the last 24 years. She has
extensive experience in real property transactions, finance
practice, commercial and corporate, as well as estate matters.
She provides legal advice to leading financial institutions
in Malaysia in financing and security documentation.

- Acted for major banks in cross border lending and security
documentations.
- Acted in a syndicated multi-million Islamic financing
for a major bank.
- Act for most major banks on conventional credit financing
and Islamic financing.
- Represented purchasers in acquisitions of multi-storied
commercial buildings and commercial sites in Kuala Lumpur
and Johor.
- Act for developers and purchasers in sales and sub-sales
of industrial, commercial and residential properties.
- Advise on land development and joint-ventures.
Professional background
Lee Jan graduated from the National University of Singapore
with a degree of Bachelor of Laws (LLB (Hons)) in 1981.
She was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor to the Malaysian
Bar in 1982 and as an Advocate and Solicitor to the Singapore
Bar in 1986.
She is a Commissioner for Oaths in Malaysia.
